CSA Publishes Staff Notice Outlining Local Exemptions

On September 14, 2005 the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) will implement National Instrument 45-106 Prospectus and Registration Exemptions. Although this Instrument consolidates and harmonizes most of the prospectus and registration exemptions currently available in Canadian jurisdictions, there remains a number of local exemptions. For ease of reference, these local exemptions are listed in CSA Staff Notice 45-304 Notice of Local Exemptions posted on the CSA website at www.csa-acvm.ca.
