Public markets are intended to support access to capital for businesses and provide investment opportunities for investors while protecting them from fraudulent, manipulative or misleading practices. In July 2026, the Canadian Securities Administrators published the Consultation Paper to seek feedback on how to enhance our public market. This is particularly important today, as Canada and its public market face new competitive pressures.

This webinar will discuss the topics and modernization ideas raised in the Consultation Paper, explain how to submit feedback before the comment period closes on November 13, 2026, and include an opportunity to ask questions and explore ideas with the panelists.
