When filling a complaint, you will need to provide the following details:

  • What your complaint is about
  • When the incident took place (dates, times, etc.)
  • The steps you have taken during the course of the situation
  • Names and addresses of those involved, and your relationship to the company or individual at the source of the complaint
  • Any copies of letters, cancelled cheques, account statements, or other documents that will help explain your complaint and support your statements.
  • Other relevant information that would be helpful to better understand your concerns
Account Holders

File a complaint as an account holder

Once logged in, you can proceed with your new complaint.

Non Account Holders

Don't have an account, don't worry. You will have the option to create one as part of the process, however you do not need an account to file a complaint.
