At the ASC, we care about making the transition as smooth as possible for new employees via our on-boarding process. The program introduces new employees to the ASC, their department, and their role while integrating them into our culture, processes and procedures.
We view on-boarding as a longer-term process that begins before an employee's start date and continues for at least six months thereafter. The new employee receives resources and is connected with an on-boarding buddy to help them become familiar with the ASC, our workplace culture and their manager's expectations.
