New Era Crypto Exchange, including associated and rotating websites such as newerawe.com, is not registered to trade in or advise on securities or derivatives in Alberta. The Alberta Securities Commission warns that New Era Crypto Exchange has made false claims of an association with D.E. Shaw & Co., a large, privately held global investment management firm. D.E. Shaw & Co. has publicly stated that it has no relationship with New Era Crypto Exchange. It is recommended that investors should not deal or engage with firms that are not registered as there is no assurance of any investor protections.
