Initial Complaint Submitted
You have successfully submitted your Initial Investor Complaint to the ASC.
Thank you for telling us about your complaint. You will receive an email copy of your complaint once it is submitted if you provided us with an email address. If you provided your contact information, please allow one to two days for the ASC to get back to you.
We use the information you provide in the complaint form to determine what action, if any, we can take. We will also determine if your complaint should be re-directed to another agency. In some cases, we cannot take any action on a complaint because of our statutory six-year limitation period or because the complaint does not relate to violations of securities laws. Please understand that the ASC is unable to discuss with you any details of an investigation prior to its conclusion. The ASC cannot provide you with updates regarding your submitted complaint. We take this precaution to ensure that we do not divulge any information that may jeopardize an investigation.
