2023 Corporate Finance Disclosure Information Session

On Thursday, January 19, 2023, the ASC held its 2023 Corporate Finance Disclosure Information Session. During this free virtual event, ASC staff expanded upon the findings in the 2022 Corporate Finance Disclosure Report to help Alberta reporting issuers deliver the highest quality disclosure and financial reporting. ASC staff provided insight into the continuous disclosure reviews they conducted over the past year, disclosure for impairment reversals and emerging industries, and the self-certified investor prospectus exemption. They also received an introduction to SEDAR+, regulatory updates, and more.
