SEDAR+ Updates

The CSA Service Desk is currently experiencing high call volumes and consequently are taking action to improve response times by adding more staff members and adjusting our internal processes.

If you have questions that have not been answered by the CSA Service Desk, or you require assistance from ASC staff, please tell us at transition@asc.ca and we will have a member of the ASC team contact you within 24 hours during business hours. 

As the CSA continues to stabilize SEDAR+ and address the intermittent performance problems with filings and search functionality, you may experience filing disruption. 

To clarify, if you have a time-sensitive filing and cannot file through SEDAR+ you can rely on the Temporary hardship exemption in Sec. (6) of National Instrument 13-103. In Alberta, you can do that by emailing your documents as follows:
